Played a key role in developing and implementing Honeywell\'s global ringfencing process for the organizational split, personally handling 57% of all ringfencing approvals worldwide to ensure candidates’ eligibility for internal transitions. Evaluated and adjudicated 60% of all US/CAN onboarding cases (~100/month), resolving discrepancies in background checks, citizenship/export compliance, MVRs, and drug screens to ensure compliant and timely onboarding for Honeywell. Project managed the hiring of 80+ band 0-3 positions for the SAM spin-off, filling 97% of positions at time of split. Improved requisition health for US/CAN corporate functions by collaborating with KornFerry to implement a rigorous MOS and hypercare calls, resulting in a 7% reduction in aged requisitions within two months of ownership. Created the ‘Building Exceptional Talent within the [HASEN] Network’ workshop, training employees on best practices/internal tools to improve candidate visibility for themselves and their referrals with Honeywell hiring teams.
