As a Senior Director for Threat and Incident Management, I oversee insider threat, high risk security and intelligence, physical security incident management, investigations, and remediation programs for Microsoft\'s data center physical security organization. My approach to decision making is data-driven and risk-based, and I am skilled in risk assessment, investigations, cause analysis, training design and implementation, data analysis, and leadership. I have a master\'s degree in Homeland Security and Public Health Preparedness, and an MBA in Business Administration and Management, which have given me a broad understanding of the complexities and challenges facing the industry. My passion is around critical asset protection and the bridge between physical and cyber security and defense. I begin a Doctorate Program in Homeland Security in August 2024 through St. John\'s University in NYC. I am committed to finding ways to connect with people and inspire them to meet both individual and organizational goals. I believe that success comes from empowering others and learning from their knowledge and experience. As a people-focused, driven, self-starter, I have a passion for doing better than yesterday, and I am always looking for ways to improve processes, programs, and procedures to protect critical infrastructure.
