Serve as the recruiter for multiple office functions (Sales, Marketing, Finance, IT, Accounting, & Customer Service.) This includes processing position requisitions, posting positions, and maintaining full oversight of the recruiting, hiring, and onboarding processes. • Maintain and manage current candidate activity in applicant tracking system (Jazz). • Coach hiring leaders on recruitment systems and processes including internal transfers, promotions, interviewing techniques, and compliance. • Develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders within my client group (Sales, Marketing, Finance, IT, Accounting, & Customer Service). • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention. • Act as an employee champion and change agent, successfully balancing employee needs with business objectives to create integrated solutions.• Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to management (e.g, coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions). • Provide guidance and input on department restructures, workforce planning and succession planning.
