Hi there! As a dedicated Learning & Development Specialist, I\'m on a mission to continue elevating our company culture and empower our employees here at Abby Connect. I\'m eager to learn more about ways I can dive into in philanthropy work, and I am currently investing in myself by pursing my BBA with a major in Human Resource Management. Expertise: In my role, I specialize in developing tailored training programs, imagining outside of the box ideas as the industry continues to grow, and implementing strategies that enhance both individual and team performance. My approach with my L&D style is all about helping to inspire positivity, gratitude, and growth with where people are at. Development may look different for different employees, and I think that\'s what makes my job so unique and meaningful to me. Previously, I excelled in our Sales department for 2 years working with our amazing clients across the U.S. and Canada.
