I oversee Groundwork South\'s presence across the West of England, taking a strategic lead in ensuring the highest quality of project delivery and partnership relationship management and supporting the preparation and delivery of the Groundwork South Business Plan.I lead on the co-ordination and management of resources and oversee the implementation of all the Trust’s activities across three business areas: Communities & Landscape Design Services, Youth, Employment & Skills, and Environmental Services. This involves the development, planning, monitoring, financial management and delivery of projects, events and activities, providing support and leadership to project management and delivery staff to ensure that the operations as set out in the Groundwork South Business Plan are delivered efficiently and to a high standard.As part of my role I am continuing to manage the Communities Prepared Programme, supporting community resilience across the country through the provision of training and support to community groups which enables them to play an effective role in preparing for, responding to, and recovering from, a range of emergencies.
