Hello! I\'m a data translator finding a career path as a civil servant at the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). For four and a half years, I provided regulatory oversight and descriptive analytic reporting on health insurance plans sold through HealthCare.gov. I also supported the annual development and publication of the Actuarial Value Calculator.In August 2021, I moved to a position in the Office of Strategy, Performance, and Results under CMS\'s Chief Operating Officer. I\'m on a team creating an enterprise-wide data governance model and building dashboards in collaboration with staff across CMS.If you are a Swarthmore or AmeriCorps VISTA alum interested in entering the federal workforce, I\'m happy to talk to you one-on-one about my experience.
