Hannah is a Senior Associate with 9 years of experience in Financial Services. She has a rich background in complaint handling, remediation, and data gathering projects related to banks and mortgages. Additionally, she has worked as a product specialist with large clients like Google, Amazon, and Samsung.Most recently, Hannah has been involved with PwC\'s Line of Service (LoS) on a project where she conducted client audits and traveled across the UK to carry out sensitive interviews and investigations.At PwC, Hannah has also gained experience as a Team Lead where she hosted huddles, conducted one-on-one meetings, and participated in weekly calls with the Senior Management Team (SMT).In addition to her long-term projects, Hannah has contributed to short-term initiatives, such as serving as a Quality Controller on a project and acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for new team members.
