About Hanna Young
I started my career as a Supply Chain Specialist and accumulated ten years’ of logistical and procurement experience in remote Alaska. I have pivoted my procurement experience to further my career into contracts, focusing my training on FAR/DFAR. I am a full time student at Athens State University completing my Acquisition and Contract Management B.S. while working towards my CFCM through NCMA. I relocated to Huntsville, AL from Alaska in 2023 to be central to the government contracting field for DoD and Space. I currently work in industry government prime/sub contracts supporting DoW, NASA, DHS, etc. for a Federally Certified WOSB. I specialize in full contract lifecycle, cradle to grave, and I am a Level-3 Procurement Agent for the State of Alaska. I have diverse experience with both small and large entities working with a portfolio of contract vehicles (BPAs, CTAs, IDIQs, Sole Source awards, Oasis contracts, Oasis+ contracts, EXPRESS and SHEILD contracts, etc.) under all levels of security classifications, and I have an active DoD Secret Security Clearance granted in 2022.
