About Hanna Baskin

I am a Division I honors student-athlete at the University of Minnesota studying in the Labovitz School of Business and Economics while actively participating on the women\'s hockey team. I have been accepted into the Consumer Insights and Analytics program and am set to graduate in the spring of 2025 with my undergraduate degree while continuing to play hockey. Currently, I am in my senior year on the University of Minnesota Duluth NCAA Division I women\'s hockey team. Over the past two years, we have successfully reached the national tournament both times and played in the national championship game in 2022. Balancing a high-level sport while achieving academic excellence has taught me valuable lessons that will guide me in my future professional career. Furthermore, I am actively involved in University Honors at the University of Minnesota Duluth. I participate in extracurricular events that push me out of my comfort zone and allow me to collaborate with other highly motivated, high-achieving students. This also allows me to create a more challenging environment within the university. Additionally, I take honors courses that encourage me to think creatively and deeply engage in my education, setting myself apart as a standout candidate upon graduation. Upon completing my degree, my goal is to continue playing hockey professionally. After my hockey career, my goal is to get a job in the business analytics or marketing field, seeking employment at a company that will continuously challenge and inspire me.
