Experienced public health professional and project manager with over a decade of experience leading cross-sector initiatives in the government and nonprofit sectors. Skilled in managing federal, philanthropic, and local funding streams to support programs focused on community health, economic mobility, youth development, and housing stability.Formerly served in a leadership role focused on residential health and safety, I oversaw initiatives that mitigate lead-based paint hazards, improve indoor air quality, and address environmental risks in homes. The work was grounded in a broader commitment to health equity and social determinants of health, especially as they impact historically disinvested communities.My background includes international and U.S-based public health experience, as well as deep involvement in place-based and trust-based philanthropy. I bring a strong track record in designing and evaluating community-based programs, developing collaborative partnerships, and building the capacity of grassroots organizations. I thrive in spaces where strategy, data, and equity intersect.Skilled in grant writing and fund development, I have secured and managed multi-million-dollar investments that support cradle-to-career pathways, street medicine programs, community revitalization, and environmental health efforts. I work closely with philanthropic partners, nonprofit agencies, government stakeholders, and resident leaders to ensure projects are both responsive and sustainable.My analytical approach is supported by two master’s degrees from UNC Charlotte: a Master of Public Health (MPH) and a Professional Science Master’s (PSM) in Health Informatics.
