As a first Customer Onboarding Manager at Shipup, I am guiding the Online Retailers customers (Micromania, Courir, Ba & sh, ID Group, Odlo…) with the implementation of our SaaS solution, to help them to enhance their post-purchase customer experience.To help the Online Retailers to quickly benefit of the solution value, I am thriving to ensure the smoother set-up possible through a structured project management and an optimized process (technical and operational workshops, customized accompaniment, trainings, technical support), in a defined time frame.To ensure this mission, I am closely collaborating with our other teams (customer success, techs, product, sales…) and building the automatized and clear processes for the best customer onboarding experience possible.
