I have extensive experience as both a head and assistant coach for girls and boys aged 10-15. My key responsibilities include-Strategic Practice Planning: Developed and implemented creative, self-made drills and collaborated with fellow coaches, both within and outside of the club, to enhance practice sessions-In-Game Performance Analysis: As an assistant coach, I managed the collection and analysis of in-game performance statistics. This data was critical in identifying areas of improvement for the team and individual players, guiding the focus of future practices-Tryout and Recruitment Management: In my role as head coach, I oversaw the tryout and recruitment process for two teams.
