I am the founder and Lead Agile Coach at Agile AI Academy USA, as well as the Lead Scrum and Scrum@Scale Trainer and Agile Consultant at Agile in Education USA. I am authorized to issue certifications in Scrum Master, Product Owner, Scrum@Scale, and Agile. I had the privilege of receiving direct training from Dr. Jeff Sutherland—the creator of Scrum@Scale, co-creator of Scrum, and a founding member of The Agile Manifesto—along with his core team. I hold the prestigious certifications of Registered Scrum@Scale Trainer (RS@ST) and Registered Scrum Trainer (RST), both granted exclusively through Scrum Inc. I was honored to be one of only eight professionals selected to participate in this elite program.In addition to my work in Agile, I serve as a graduate faculty member and MBA program developer, bringing over 20 years of industry experience and 12 years of expertise in teaching, training, coaching, and consulting. I primarily teach MBA and Information Systems Management courses in the United States. I am also the co-creator and a former Executive Board Member of Boston University’s Agile in Education initiative at BUAIL. Over the years, I have trained a wide range of professionals, including project managers, software engineers, faculty members, and education consultants.As a trailblazer in integrating Scrum, Scrum@Scale, and Agile into higher education, I was among the first four professors in the U.S. to implement these practices in the classroom. I stand out as the only academic to have successfully applied five distinct Agile frameworks across more than twenty BBA and MBA courses by the year 2020.Currently, I serve as the Chairperson of the Agile in Education Global Conference. Our second conference, hosted by Agile in Education USA in March 2021, featured Nobel Laureate Professor Muhammad Yunus as the Chief Guest Speaker. The inaugural event was hosted by Boston University’s Agile in Education initiative, with Dr. Jeff Sutherland delivering the keynote address.As a global keynote speaker and a recognized 360Thinkers Top 50 Global Influencer in Agile and Project Management, I’ve had the honor of sharing the stage with the co-creator of Scrum, prominent academics, industry pioneers, and the leading voices in the global Agile community.
