About Hanmantrao Gaikwad

a first-generation entrepreneur from a humble background, lost his father in 1990. Inspired by Swami Vivekananda, he pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) through the earn-and-learn scheme. He began his career with Tata Motors as a Graduate Trainee Engineer in 1994, and in resigned to start BVG (Bharat Vikas Group) to help his village friends and create employment, Chairman & Managing Director of BVG India Limited, is a first-generation social entrepreneur dedicated to Bharat Vikas (India’s Progress). From humble beginnings, he built India’s largest integrated services enterprise, creating dignified livelihoods while driving social change. He generated employment for rural youth and empowered women. BVG’s emergency medical services supported 1.2 crore people in distress, while 1.9 crore benefitted from emergency police services in Madhya Pradesh. & He collaborated with Indian knowledge holders to create herbal solutions for cancer, liver, heart, diabetes, arthritis, obesity, and more. ’ Working with 1.2 lakh farmers, his initiatives achieved:• 30–100% higher yield• 30–50% lower input cost• 80% pest elimination• 60% reduced animal infertility (cows & buffaloes)• 20% higher milk yield & 2% better fat/SNFThese interventions doubled farm income within three crop cycles. To create employment for 1 million individuals, positively impact 100 million lives by 2035, and expand BVG to 100 countries.
