   As an AV Events Lead in our End User Services organization, you report directly to the Global AV Manager and will engage in supporting the technology requirements for live and virtual events held globally. • Lead the transformation of event support. • Facilitate and support live events, including coordinating local setup and support across all office locations globally. • Communicate regularly with event planners, vendors, and facility managers to ensure that all technical components are implemented in such a way as to provide a solution that meets the goals of the event. • Provide training and documentation for the most common problems, processes, and procedures through hands-on, and/or remote engagement. • Utilize ticket tracking system to document all event support incidents. • Create and execute detailed plans around each event. • Recommend new and upgraded technologies based on industry trends that would improve the efficiency and effectiveness of events.
