I am a native New Yorker, residential real estate broker and professional NYC Tour Guide. I love providing expert guidance to help people achieve their real estate needs whether they be buying, selling, renting or investing. I love helping people find the right neighborhood that fits their lifestyle and budget. I provide bespoke tours to both market homes and to immerse home buyers in the amenities, along with the history, culture and architecture of the community. With over 200 successful real estate transactions under my belt I have the knowledge and experience to provide a high level of customer service no matter how challenging my clients\' goals and circumstances may be. In 2015 I launched Owning New York LLC (ONY), the city\'s first real estate and lifestyle touring company. ONY offers a spectrum of experiences for home buyers including concierge-level services and professionally-led, in-depth neighborhood tours covering history, architecture and culture along with the practicalities and amenities. Another innovation is that ONY also utilizes our unparalleled neighborhood knowledge and tour services to enhance the selling of property. I ranked #6 in the number of successful deals (out of agents) in 2010 with Douglas Elliman Real Estate, and have also been called a genius by the Wall Street Journal (2013) for integrating tour guiding with real estate. As a native New Yorker who has led over walking and vehicle tours, I know the city inside and out and I love to introduce people to neighborhoods they are unfamiliar with or would like to get to know better. Thanks to my prior career as a Professional Social Worker and educator, I highly value the importance of being a good listener and being able able to provide the emotional support to people as they make changes in their lives. I believe in giving back to my community, and each year I lead a series of walking tours to raise money and awareness of the Broadway Mall Association, which helps keep Broadway beautiful from 72nd to 168th Street.
