As a solutions consultant I manage the implementation of the Smartsheet application across a variety of customer verticals. The flexibility of the Smartsheet application and the varying levels of business processes encountered required agile thinking and problem solving skills to meet demanding customer requirements. I excel at eliciting customer requirements from those that struggle to provide them as well as coach and advise on industry best practices. Implementations follow a mature and thoughtful process which elevate the customer experience and include process mapping and business consulting in addition to system configuration. I also contribute to team development through internal process improvements, one on one team member coaching and mentoring and advising on a variety of Smartsheet technologies as a subject matter expert.
