Previously Licensed as a Real Estate Sales Agent and Broker in Wisconsin since 1970. Active in Real Estate over 46 years. Vice President and Sales Manager of Large Real Estate Firm for seven years. Owned my own Brokerage Firm And had the first Real Estate Franchise in the City. It was an Electronic Realty Associates (ERA) Franchise. Past President and Treasurer of The Sheboygan County Board Realtors. Helped found and establish the Sheboygan County Multiple Listing Service. Did Appraisals for mortgage lenders, Banks, Veterans Administration, Savings and Loans and Corporate Relocation Companies. Taught Real Estate classes at Lakeshore Technical Institute in Cleveland, Wisconsin. I ran for and was elected Tax Assessor for the Town of Wilson in Sheboygan County. I also became an officer of the State of Wisconsin as a Notary Public. Currently a Real Estate Sales Executive in the Southwest Florida Area.
