Over four decades of practice, I’ve cultivated a design ethos that fuses ecology, artistry, and function, creating high-performing, biodiverse environments that reconnect people to nature. As the founding principal of HMWhite, I lead a collaborative, multidisciplinary studio dedicated to crafting immersive urban and suburban landscapes that enhance well-being, ecological resilience, and community vitality.I’ve partnered with many of the world’s leading architects on precedent-setting projects recognized by ASLA, AIA, and ULI.
