As a Senior Product Manager, I lead the strategy and vision for my customers, conducting market analysis and tailored discovery sessions to identify value add opportunities with the highest positive impact. With over 16 years of experience in the SaaS industry, I am passionate about developing technology that is used to build better communities and help as many people as possible. Innovation is a key component of my success, whether working to implement critical contactless capabilities within the Arts and Cultural space, pivoting roadmap priorities to retain 2+ million in Annual Recurring Revenue, or strategically implementing enhancements to increase the adoption of life saving opportunities for individuals in need.I enjoy partnering with cross-functional teams, such as Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Support, Solution Engineering in addition to my customers to achieve a complete understanding of business needs before influencing internal and external stakeholders on a product strategy to achieve our mission.
