With over 10 years of experience in human resources, I specialize in talent acquisition and talent management for the airline and pharmaceutical sectors. I have successfully led and executed strategic recruitment and development solutions for Ipsen, a global biopharmaceutical company, where I managed talent acquisition and integration projects across the Middle East, Africa, and Maghreb (MEAM) region, sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates, and designing and delivering training and development programs for employees and managers.My core competencies include strategic sourcing, acquisition integration, talent management, diversity and inclusion, and HR generalist skills. I am bilingual in French and English, and have conversational Spanish skills, which enable me to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders and navigate complex cultural environments.
