Be the business expert to the utilities control system & effectively management system & effectively manage the workload of shift based site utilities & supervisors.• Engage with the HSE team on site in minimizing risk.• Safety self-audit routinely in systems & utilities areas.• Rapid response to all site wide reactive & emergency issues as they arise time to time.• Identify & eliminate long term chronic issues of all side systems & utilities.• Develop KPIs which demonstrate the correlation between system & utilities effectiveness & line performance.• Provide RCA when systems & utilities affect line performance.• Optimize frequency & duration of planned activities by ensuring effective opportunity maintenance.• Acquisition, verification & analysis of asset performance data (SAP etc.)• Assist with development of optimal maintenance plans (preventive, predictive, condition based monitoring (CBM), reliability maintenance etc.).• Assist with development of optimal strategies based on economic cost-benefit analysis to improve asset performance & maximize OEE.• Perform criticality analysis and determine risk priority for various assets• Ensure adequate processes, schedules, task list, tools etc. are available for job-site implementation• Regularly conducts site visit to run on the field diagnostic checks• Optimize spares inventory for assets (equipment/ systems).• Drive improvement projects of various categories through FIPs, SGAs, QC and Kaizens.• Tracks all asset information, including spare parts and documentation.• Conduct AO Audits on regular basis.• Ensure adequate number trained personnel are available & involved for asset optimization through continuous skilling & training.
