As Senior Program Manager for Project Delivery Optimization, I will be responsible for leading the project delivery optimization efforts. My focus is on identifying opportunities for lead time optimization, utilizing learnings to drive change and best practices across projects, building analytics that aid decision making and enabling improvements in overall SLAs. I am part of Microsoft\'s Cloud Infrastructure and Operations (CO+I) organization. CO+I is the engine that powers Microsoft\'s cloud services. The group is responsible for designing, building, and operating Microsoft’s global datacenters; managing the programmatic delivery of our critical infrastructure design, procurement, construction delivery, infrastructure innovation, demand planning and capacity utilization of our unified infrastructure; and responsible for all operations needed to run the physical infrastructure.
