As an engineering manager for the integration team, I was responsible for managing a team of 4 developers to integrate new platforms or tools into Procuros system. My main responsibilities were- Connect to external stakeholders and digest their requirements and needs- Work with the product owners to translate business requirements into technical details and form projects, MVP out of it- Work with the developers / Engineers to develop and ship the required systems- Ensure the end product quality and help with monitoring and Technical support- Work closely with the CTO, Other EMs to identify the next strategic topics and work.
