Hydrogen Fuel-Cell sector• Performs quality control of non-conformance materials issued to production - planning and execution of IFS transactions for returning and reissuing materials. Creates and maintains all quality-related document records on the ERP system• Implementing Kanban system, Gauge Control and conducting DFMEA, PFMEA, Six Sigma, 8D Problem Solving etc.• Analyzing and implementing CQI, PPAP, SPC, and MSA along with preventive and corrective action procedures.• RMA (Return Material Authorization) – performs incoming diagnosis on returns from customers, investigates for countermeasures by RCA and generates final diagnostic reports and implements corrective actions,• NCR (Non-Conformance Report) – identifies defects on incoming materials, performs root cause analysis, generates reports, contacts suppliers and coordinates return of non-conformance materials and conducts regular audits.• Performs ongoing production checks to ensure proper procedures are executed in production.(Based on ISO 9001standards) also eliminating waste reduction and improvising KPI and reducing take time
