ABOUT HANIEH TOHIDI
Designing guiding signs for children in adult-oriented environments with therapeutic purposes as the final Master\'s project led me to pursue the art therapy graduate degree. My areas of interest include acculturation, the impact of culture and language on comprehension and expression of emotions, and remain of the collective trauma with diaspora\'s mental health. Multiculturalism, and living under colonialism, oppression, systematic racism, microaggressions are my lifelong concerns.
