As Festival Producer, I oversee the creative production and delivery of TIFA’s flagship September Festival, MOTIVE: Crime & Mystery Festival, and year-round TIFA Presents and TIFA Book Club programming. My role bridges programming, logistics, and stakeholder engagement to bring world-class literary events to Toronto audiences- Lead end-to-end production across multiple venues, managing logistics, vendor partnerships, and on-site delivery- Oversee key programmes including the International Visitors Programme, TIFA Book Club, and TIFA Presents series- Represent TIFA in publisher and partner meetings, building collaborations and industry relationships- Manage ticketing operations, budgets, and internal systems to ensure smooth and efficient festival delivery- Supervise interns, volunteers, and seasonal staff, providing leadership and guidance during peak festival periods.
