I am a highly accomplished MBA holder and results-driven product manager with a decade of experience leading cross-functional teams in the planning, development, launch, and management of top-tier products. My unique skill set combines business acumen and technological expertise with extensive experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies, a marketing-focused approach, and strong analytical capabilities to shape product strategy. My expertise lies in identifying genuine problems, conceptualizing innovative ideas, and collaborating with various departments across the entire product lifecycle. My skill set encompasses technical product research and development, UX/UI design, team leadership, market research, SaaS solutions, and Agile/Scrum practices. Currently, I hold the position of Product Manager at Evidentiq GmbH, where I take charge of the entire product lifecycle and lead a team of engineers and UX designers. In my previous roles at Vodafone Egypt, I held the position of e-commerce product manager where I was responsible for defining and prioritizing the features, enhancements, and improvements that will drive the success of the eCommerce business \'Vodafone E-shop\', ensuring that the product meets customer needs and business objectives. Prior to that I led the Agile function within the digital marketing team, working closely with Product Principal leads and managing a team of five scrum masters overseeing the product development lifecycle of the mobile app \'Ana Vodafone\' and leading the agile transformation across the digital department. Earlier in my career, I served as a Project Manager and a business analyst.
