With over 19 years of experience in the rail and transit industry, I have built a strong reputation for delivering exceptional value to customers and stakeholders. The first half of my career was focused on operations and maintenance, where I developed a deep understanding of service reliability, performance optimization, and team leadership. Over time, my focus expanded to include public-private partnerships technical and commercial management during construction phases, and leading projects through commissioning and handover. Currently, I am contributing to the implementation of two transformative railway systems: the Ontario Line driverless train and the Hazel McCallion LRT. These projects involve collaborating with diverse stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and alignment with operational goals. Throughout my career, I have secured contracts, launched new service lines, implemented customer feedback systems, and driven transformative change initiatives. My ability to introduce new technologies, streamline processes, and foster innovation has consistently improved efficiency and service delivery. I am also pursuing an Executive MBA with a focus on consultant leadership at the University of Fredericton.
