As a Quality Control (QC) Team Leader at Aapurti Agri Business System Pvt. Ltd, I have played a critical role in maintaining the data of farmers across all stages of the agri-business for Quality Analyst. Aapurti, being a fast-growing player in agricultural services, relies heavily on quality assurance to build trust with farmers, clients, and government agencies. In this capacity, I have led a dedicated QC team to ensure compliance with national and international standards, including FSSAI (Food Safety and Standards Authority of India), ISO (International Organization for Standardization), and DAFW (Department of Agriculture & Farmers Welfare).My responsibilities included supervising daily inspections of Data Management System. By optimizing testing procedures and updating documentation workflows, we achieved a 80% improvement in efficiency and significantly reduced manual errors. I also contributed to internal audits and regulatory assessments, ensuring a clean record for the company throughout the appraisal period.In addition to quality of data Accuracy, I provided technical training to new recruits and fostered a culture of continuous improvement with in the team.Through proactive collaboration with departments like Survey Team, Technical Team and QC Team. we streamlined interdepartmental communication, ensuring that corrective actions were implemented swiftly and effectively.This period also offered numerous learning opportunities, including the enhancement of my leadership, problem-solving, and technical skills. While we faced limitations such as equipment constraints and manual processes, strategic recommendations have been proposed to overcome these in the coming cycle.
