Working alongside Josh Rahme & Morena Ianniello, Hani helps manage a portfolio of clients which includes some of Canada’s major landlords and developers as well as prominent national and regional retailers.Throughout his time at Avison Young, Hani has obtained firsthand experience in Developer/Landlord Representation and Occupier advisory services. This experience, coupled with his solid educational background and team resources, gives him strength in negotiations, financial analysis and generating creative solutions. He is thus able to provide his clients with the resources necessary to make informed real estate decisions.
