With a decade of experience in software development and management, my role is to enable better outcomes from a group of people working together. Conducting line management for team members with unlimited support, focusing on evaluating performance while providing feedback for continuous improvement, empowering team members to meet their growth ambitions7. Strongly supporting senior management regarding the annual budget-setting process, mid-range forecasting, and workforce planning, regularly contributing to the EXEC team on business strategies and KPIs8. Naturally building strong relationships and partnering very well with stakeholders in a variety of different directions - direct reports, project managers, product owners, line managers, offshore team members and my own upper managers
