I am currently a Software Manager at PNC on the Asset Management Group (AMG) Digital team. As a technical manager, I oversee an awesome team of Software Developers as well as having the unique opportunity to be involved in coding in Java alongside a team of technical leads supporting the core functionality of PNC\'s Private Banking application.I was a Senior Software Developer at PNC on the Home Lending team, playing a key role in providing Web APIs for the Digital Mortgage initiative using C#. This led to the creation of a self-service portal for borrowers to originate preliminary pre-approvals, full pre-approvals, and full mortgage applications online. I acted as the SME when the team began implementing a third party vendor (Blend) implementation of this portal. This led to my title change to Software Developer Lead. In parallel, I worked on standing up a new team focused on using the DevOps pipeline along with an Angular front-end.I was a software engineer at PQ Systems using the.NET framework to build various applications for commercial and internal use. I graduated from Wright State University in 2011 with my Bachelors of Science in Computer Science and my Masters of Science in Computer Science in 2019. I interned at Cox Ohio Publishing, which equipped me with the necessary tools to understanding the world of business and marketing. I gained experience in Online Marketing, Business-to-Business Marketing, General Marketing, and Circulation Marketing. I also interned at NCR Corporation as an IT intern. I worked with Terdata software and performed database tasks such as writing queries to extract reports for our clients. In my free time, I volunteer to help small businesses with their web needs. This includes building websites or modifying existing websites, developing desktop applications for their business, and/or assisting with marketing brainstorm sessions focused on generating ideas to entice new customers.
