Determine the processes, Technologies, and techniques needed to achieve the desired outcomes for minimizingcycle times, material waste and costs. Employ CAM software to generate programmes that include tool paths, cutting parameters and instructions. Debug and trouble shoot technology errors and malfunctions to facilitate smooth and uninterruptedproductions. Perform tool length compensation and simulations/ Trial runs to verify X, Y and Z correctness and diagnosepotential collisions. Conduct final thorough inspections before assembly to guarantee they meet quality and tolerance standards Document and maintain comprehensive records of all procedures and revisions in confidential databases
