Lead of a team in deployment and Continuous Improvement of Paintshop Processes under Process Engineering. The Paint Shop is comprised of equipment and subsystems which utilize a variety of materials and utilities for coating processes. The role is seeking out opportunities to deploy projects with the goal of improving paint and bonding material, quality, and utility efficiency as well as environmental performance. The role leans strongly towards deploying learnings to brownfield sites and developing standards for new facilities at a wholistic level. Creative capacity for developing new ways to do things better, better quality, more cost effective, faster and in alignment with the aggressive Tesla approach to revolutionary product development. Constant collaboration in between the cross functional teams.
