As a IT Support Analyst at Atlantic Health System (AHS), I contribute to the implementation and optimization of information systems across the organization. I liaise with existing customers, design and coordinate training schedules, and oversee the Learning Management System for AHS. I am also pursuing my MS in Health Information Management (HIM) at CUNY School of Professional Studies, where I am learning the latest skills and best practices in the field.My goal is to leverage my education and experience to provide high-quality and innovative solutions for healthcare information management and technology. I have developed strong communication and analytical skills, as well as proficiency in Cherwell Service Management (CSM) and EpicCare Ambulatory Curriculum.    Functional System Administrator (FSA) for API Staffing and Scheduling and Trusted Works- Provides direct staffing and scheduling support to Morristown Medical Center, AMG and Corporate team members- Collaborates with department managers and unit supervisors to develop and maintain efficient staffing schedules that meet the needs of the hospital and adhere to regulatory requirements- Develops and maintains downtime preparedness plans for the Epic and API system, including backup procedures and training for staff in the event of system failures or emergencies- Leads project implementation of staffing and scheduling improvements in the Trusted Works and the API system, collaborating with IT and clinical teams to guarantee seamless integration and user acceptance.
