   As an MHLS (MyHR) Advisor at Amazon, I play a crucial role in providing real-time support to Amazon employees across the many countries. My primary responsibility is to assist employees with their daily employment-related queries, ensuring they receive accurate and timely information regarding their concerns. This includes addressing inquiries related to payroll, salary discrepancies, tax forms, direct deposit updates, and bonus payouts, ensuring employees are compensated correctly and on time.I also support employees with internal transfers, helping them navigate the relocation process, understanding eligibility criteria, and addressing any issues that may arise during the transition. Additionally, I guide employees through workplace accommodations, assisting those who require special workplace arrangements due to medical conditions or other personal circumstances. I work closely with Amazon’s HR teams to ensure that accommodation requests are reviewed and processed efficiently while maintaining compliance with company policies and regulations.Beyond salary and transfer support, I assist employees with various employment-related queries, including timekeeping issues, work schedules, attendance management, leave policies, and benefits. I help employees understand their entitlements, such as paid time off (PTO), medical leaves, parental leaves, and other leave programs, ensuring they can make informed decisions regarding their work-life balance.In my role, I also handle non-work-related queries, such as employment verification, access to HR portals, and technical troubleshooting related to HR systems.
