About Hana Kabele Gala
Hana Kabele Gala, PhD, is a certified executive coach (ACC, International Coaching Federation) and the creator of Rapid Transformational Neurocoaching (RTNC). For more than a decade, I have helped high-achieving professionals—especially tech leaders, entrepreneurs, particularly men in their 30s–50s —rediscover their identity and break through the patterns that keep them stuck. My clients come to me when divorce, workplace frustration, leadership pressure, or a looming career pivot has left them overthinking and spinning. Using RTNC, a neuroscience-based method that blends neurobiology, embodiment practices, behavioral psychology, and rapid transformational therapy (RTT), I guide them out of the mental loops and into clear, actionable results — often faster than they expect. No endless talking. No surface-level fixes. Real change that lasts. As Professor of Business Management at South Seattle College, I also shape the next generation of professionals and entrepreneurs through courses in service operations, ethics, and talent management—bringing the same blend of practical business experience and rigorous insight into both the classroom and the coaching room.
