Leading the design and optimisation of the CSRD Reporting Tool for ESRS E1, translating complex disclosure requirements into a clear and usable structure. Maintaining and updating multiple regulatory products within S&P Global’s portfolio, including IFRS ISSB and CSRD tools, while overseeing annual mapping exercises and managing teams of 8+ analysts through rigorous governance and quality review processes. Recognised as an internal authority on complex regulatory interpretation, providing guidance on regulatory impacts and their implications for product strategy, client delivery, and internal decision-making. Delivering high-impact webinars and client presentations including CSRD-focused sessions attended by 100–200+ participants, enhancing market visibility and client engagement. Managing a regulatory tracker covering 100+ sustainability policies and standards, and collaborating with the Thought Leadership team on research outputs, including co-authoring the Sustainability Quarterly Tracker. Developing methodologies and proposals to simplify sustainability-related regulatory reporting for corporates and financial institutions.
