ABOUT HANAAN S.

I am a student nurse, driven by a passion for delivering safe, compassionate, and holistic care to children, young people, and their families. My training has given me hands-on experience across a range of paediatric settings, including special care baby units, paediatric wards, and day units, where I’ve developed core nursing skills, adaptability, and the ability to remain calm in high-pressure situations.Through my experience, I have worked alongside multidisciplinary teams to provide care for children with a variety of health needs supporting feeding and nutrition, administering medications, and assisting in procedures. I have also built strong communication skills, ensuring that young patients feel comforted and families feel supported and informed.I am committed to continuous learning, from expanding my clinical competencies to deepening my understanding of evidence-based practice. My goal is to specialise further within paediatrics whether in acute care, neonatal services, or advanced nursing roles while making a lasting positive impact on the lives of those I care for.Outside of nursing, I value working in environments where I can meet and connect with people from all walks of life, and I am eager to bring both my empathy and professional dedication into every role I take on.
