Company: Captiol District Supply (dba of N&S Supply, LLC)After the sale of Captiol District Supply to N&S Supply, LLC, my role transitioned to a Co-Marketing Director, directly managing our Marketing Associate. This role has the added challenges of not only 2 brands of the same company that have synergy in design asthetic and customer behaviors. The marketing team is now managing 2 very distinct brands in 2 regions with varying customer behaviors.Spearheaded the end-to-end planning and execution of a full-day industry conference for over 100 contractors, managing all logistics, vendor relations, and agenda development. Largest undertaking yet- first of it\'s kind for either brand. Implements proven marketing strategies to manage multiple brands while showcasing cohesiveness.Oversee messaging for social presences on all brands (Meta Business; LinkedIn; Pinterest; YouTube).Building out additional followers and interactions on new brands. Create consistent visual marketing and messaging at all our retail counters.
