Strong of more than 25 years of practical experience, especially in Europe and the Middle East in the field of Development, Politics, Human Resources, Program Management, Training, Negotiation, Mediation and Coaching, I am here to help you harnessing the Power of your Mind and using it to find Your Center, create Greatness and Thrive during these challenging times full of New Opportunities! What you don’t know about me, is that I like challenges and mission impossible. Not only had I to master major changes and challenges in my life from starting all over again in new countries (Germany, France, Lebanon, Syria), to overcoming constant war situations, to climbing the ladder of success in international organizations and taking over leading positions with high budget responsibilities, but I had also to do it as a woman in a men world, a mother of four kids, with a full time job, changing environment and evening studies while supporting three camps of refugees. I couldn’t have done it without a holistic approach, thorough management and planning, dedicated persons and teams, patience, constructive dialogue and a mission aligned with a big heart! Holding different certificates in Business and Administration MBA, Translation, Train the Trainer ToT, Mediation and Coaching, my approach is a holistic one and is based on insights coupled with strategies and actions based on your vision, needs and your full commitment!
