ABOUT HANA HAILE
I\'m a final-year Masters of Social Work candidate at Boston College, concentrating in Children, Youth and Families with a certificate in Global Humanitarian Practice, graduating in May 2026. I\'m passionate about advancing equity through research, policy, and program development that strengthens communities and public systems. Currently, I work as a Graduate Assistant at MIT\'s PKG Center for Social Impact, where I support civic engagement and public service internship programs. In this role, I organize cohort programming, as well as facilitate reflection sessions for student interns. In Summer 2025, I served as lead staff member for the PKG Center\'s Tulsa Advanced Sciences Camp, a weeklong residential STEM and leadership program for Indigenous youth. These experiences have strengthened my skills in program management, mentorship, and student development.I am seeking and open to roles in program management, higher education, community development, social policy, and research coordination.
