Flagship and Multi-Site Store Manager with over 15 years’ experience leading high-performing teams across luxury retail environments. My career has been built on delivering consistent commercial growth, elevating client experience and developing strong leadership pipelines within premium fashion and beauty brands.I specialise in flagship operations and new store openings, with a proven ability to build teams from the ground up, embed a high-performance culture and drive key commercial metrics including conversion, ATV and UPT. Most recently, I led the launch of a flagship Space NK store in Manchester, recruiting and developing a team of 30 while consistently exceeding sales targets.My experience spans globally recognised brands including Selfridges and Aesop, where I managed multi-site operations with full P&L accountability and focused on developing future leaders, strengthening team capability and delivering a highly personalised, experience-led approach to retail.I am passionate about brand story telling, purpose-driven retail and creating environments where both people and performance thrive.
