As the Senior Training Programme Manager at the World Organisation for Animal Health (WOAH), I lead the charge in enhancing global Veterinary Services through comprehensive and innovative training programs. My role focuses on developing and implementing a cutting-edge e-learning platform, tailored to meet the diverse learning needs of veterinary professionals worldwide.At the heart of our efforts is the WOAH Competency-based Training Framework (CBTF), structured around 16 Competency Packages. These packages are designed to ensure that learners are well-equipped with the necessary skills, knowledge and competencies to address both current challenges and future opportunities in the veterinary field. Our framework covers an extensive range of WOAH Codes, Manuals, and additional texts, providing a robust foundation for professional development.WOAH\'s commitment to strengthening Veterinary Services is embodied in our Global Platform for the Training of Veterinary Services.
