   Driving some of the coolest (and occasionally confidential) mission-critical projects on TikTok’s Ads Platform—the company’s revenue engine. What we build directly shapes how millions of businesses run ads and help TikTok turn “views” into “revenue”.• Leading the full product development lifecycle for ads requirements, from PRD and design reviews to resource planning and launch. If a feature reaches the user, chances are it came through my pipeline.• Chief of Staff to the Head of Ads Platform (600+ org of PMs, engineers, designers, product ops, and researchers). In a team this big, I connect the dots and be people glue. Plus, when something critical needs doing but no one knows who should do it, I usually do.
