I am a healthcare and higher‑education leadership professional with experience across pharmacy, student governance, and youth advocacy. After completing my Doctor of Pharmacy degree, I gained practical experience as a pharmacist while also managing city‑level operations for an international education consultancy.My journey at Glasgow Caledonian University strengthened my commitment to student voice and policy work. I was elected twice as a full‑time Sabbatical Officer and now serve as Vice President for the School of Science and Engineering. In this role, I work closely with senior academic leadership, lead school‑wide engagement initiatives, and advocate for improvements in academic experience, employability, support, and inclusive education.I currently serve as a University Governor, Trustee of the Students’ Association, and University Senator, contributing to strategic governance, academic quality, financial oversight, and student‑centred decision‑making at institutional level. I am passionate about ethical leadership, evidence‑based practice, and ensuring students are represented at the highest levels of governance.With a background in public health, pharmacy, and student engagement, I am driven by the goal of improving systems, strengthening communities, and creating fairer, more supportive learning environments for all.
