Carrying out tests and inspection of machinery across the UK to ensure they meet specific industry health and safety standards and regulations. This role consists of the following tasks-Performing PUWER assessment on various machinery ranging from smaller workshop machinery like pillar drill, lathe machines and belt sander, to bigger industrial machinery lines like bespoke conveyors and sorting machinery-Experience using state of the art testing equipment for EMF and EMC testing ensuring machinery has minimal to no interference with surrounding machinery and/or medical implants like pacemakers-Creating Risk Assessment bespoke to the specific machinery -Assessment and analysis of client’s current safety circuit and provide advice and support for potential improvements.
