I am working as a technical lead network engineer within BNP CIB network team. My main tasks are but not limited to - Define the global architectures to be followed worldwide by the bank- Enhance the existing architectures for the bank worldwide- L3 support engineer worldwide for CIB- Benchmark and validate new solutions for the bank (TRM routing, DCI through Vxlan Evpn, MACSEC, Metamako and Arista timestamping enhancement through pps and GPS splitters, Multicast routing from N3k to N9k.)- Support and validate the different architectures and migrations worldwide- Onboard the new members of the team- Automate different BAU tasks using Python and Ansible.The technical environment is comprised but not limited to - Cisco Nexus switches family (mainly N9k and N3k)- Cisco catalyst 68k + 2960XR- Juniper EX-2300 - Arista 7130 and Arista 7150S- Meinberg PTP / NTP clocks. The technical environment is comprised mainly of - Vxlan Evpn, VPC- Multicast routing (PIM sparse mode, PIM proxy, PIM bidir, phantome RP, BSR, MSDP, anycast RP.)- BGP (IPV4 UNICAST + MULTICAST+ L2VPN EVPN), OSPF and static routing + vpnv4 routing on the MPLS backbone + VRF-lite routing- PTP, PPS synchro, GPS splitting and timestamping precision- Deep packet inspection and TCP performance analysis using wireshark and Riverbed probes- BAU tasks automation using python (NXAPI, netmiko, SQL DBs).
