I\'m the Lead Economist for Amazon\'s Business Prime team — the subscription program tailored for Amazon Business customers. I apply both experimental and observational methods to tackle complex causal inference challenges that drive high impact strategic decisions.My work spans optimizing tiered subscription plans, building an incrementality-based P&L framework, evaluating the impact of rewards programs, and analyzing how various benefits influence customer behavior. I previously managed a team of 6-8 economists and data scientists, building science products to measure and drive economic value for Amazon Devices. We used experimental and observational causal inference methods, along with prediction/forecasting techniques, to answer questions related to resource allocation, product development and monetization.
